Rashiq Fataar presents Making Cities in 2025 at the PIA's IDEA Design Conference

Our CEO delivered the keynote, “Making Cities in 2025: Embracing Complexity, Testing Ideas, and Reimagining Practice” at the Pretoria Institute for Architecture's, IDEA Design Conference 2025.

The presentation invited the audience to reflect on the tools, practices, and actions needed - now and into the future - to shape more resilient, inclusive, and forward-thinking cities.

Drawing on both past and current work at Our Future Cities, the talk demonstrated how hands-on experimentation has informed our approach and revealed what meaningful, effective urban interventions can look like in practice.
