2017

Services: Research, Stakeholder Engagement

This study aims to shed light on the areas along the Voortrekker Road Corridor in Cape Town, South Africa, in terms of land use characteristics, average property prices, and rental rates across various land uses. The Bellville/Parow Urban Development Zone (UDZ), the PT1 and PT2 areas delineated by the City of Cape Town, and the property prices within and outside of these zones were compared in this study. From 2008 to 2017, the report presented findings and trends over a 10-year period.‍

In 2021, a study was conducted that analysed the extent, nature, and type of property investments in the Bellville, Parow, and Greater Tygerberg Area (GTA) from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2020.‍‍‍‍‍
