Rashiq Fataar Presents ‘Supercharging the Cape Town City Centre’ at the Blok Eleven on B Launch

Our CEO, Rashiq Fataar, delivered a talk titled “The Next Era: Supercharging the Cape Town City Centre” at the launch of Blok's Eleven on B project, hosted within the Open Art gallery in the heart of the city.

The talk explored how Cape Town’s CBD can build on strengths and assets that many cities are still trying to plan for or create, and enter a supercharged era towards 2040. Drawing on lessons from leading city centres including Milan, Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro and New York, it made the case for stronger public spaces, greater competitiveness and renewed investment confidence.
